Setup Steps
Get Your API Token
- Log in to Gladly
- Go to Settings → API Tokens
- Create a new token with appropriate permissions
- Copy the token
Configure in Spike
- Go to your Spike Dashboard
- Select your form → Settings
- Scroll to Integrations → Gladly
- Enable the toggle
- Enter your Domain (e.g.,
yourcompany.gladly.com) - Enter your API Token
- Save changes
Conversation Format
Spike creates conversations with:- Customer: Created or matched by email
- Channel: Email
- Content: All form fields

- Check that the API token has correct permissions

Gladly matches customers by email. Existing customers will have the conversation added to their profile.
