Setup Steps

Get Your API Key

  1. Log in to ConvertKit
  2. Go to Settings → Advanced
  3. Copy your API Key

Get Your Form ID

  1. Go to Grow → Landing Pages & Forms
  2. Select or create a form
  3. The Form ID is in the URL: /forms/FORM_ID/edit
  4. Or find it in the form’s embed code

Configure in Spike

  1. Go to your Spike Dashboard
  2. Select your form → Settings
  3. Scroll to Integrations → ConvertKit
  4. Enable the toggle
  5. Enter your API Key
  6. Enter your Form ID
  7. Save changes

Your form must have an email field for ConvertKit integration to work.

Troubleshooting

  • Verify the API key is correct
  • Check that the Form ID exists
  • Ensure the email field is present
The Form ID is visible in the URL when editing a form, or in the embed code.
